Adding a widget from a file

If you have created a widget you like in one view and want to copy it to another view, use this option. This is useful, for example, if you have two companies and have created a proven widget for one company's dashboard that you want to use in the other company's dashboard as well.

1. Select the widget you want to add to another view.

2. Click the three dots in the top corner of the widget and select "Download".

3. Select JSON as the file format and click "Download".

4. Once the widget has been downloaded to your computer, add the new widget by clicking "Widget" in the top right corner of the dashboard.

5. Select "From a file" as the method for adding the widget.

6. Locate the widget you previously downloaded from StatBun on your computer. The widget will be in STATBUNW format. Click "Open".

7. Name the widget.

8. Finally, click "Import".

9. The widget will be added to the bottom of your view. Edit it as needed.
