This guide covers integrating the Netvisor accounting software.
Enabling the API Service
Netvisor is connected to StatBun via the API service in Netvisor.
1. Enable the API service in Netvisor through the company menu under API → API and Identifiers.
2. Create an integration token on the API and Identifiers page by clicking the Create New API button.
3. Add the requested API resource permissions for the Talgraf Oy / StatBun integration under the API Resource Access Permissions section in the integration menu.
Enable all the permissions requested by the Talgraf Oy / StatBun integration from the access control menu.
4. Save the Netvisor User identifier and key (password) for future use.

When the API credentials are ready
If you are in the onboarding phase, meaning you are registering as a new user and setting up StatBun for the first time, select Netvisor as the data source during the integration setup and enter the credentials and key in the designated fields.
Afterward, complete the onboarding process. StatBun will automatically retrieve your company’s financial data and create ready-made views for you within minutes.
1. If you are already registered and logged into StatBun, click on the top menu: Marketplace → Integrations → Netvisor. Enter the user indentifier and the API Key in the specified fields.
2. The default settings are configured to fetch data automatically every night. You can also select from the dropdown menu to fetch data automatically once a week, every Monday.
3. StatBun will import the current fiscal year and the two previous full fiscal years (a total of three fiscal years). You can adjust the synchronization period by dragging the purple line left (to view the history) or right (to show the current and upcoming periods).
You can also choose from the dropdown menu to use a calendar year or calendar month instead of a fiscal year.
4. Click Save changes.
5. Finally, click Activate to activate the integration.
