Building success is more fun together! Once you have purchased the necessary number of licenses, invite the required people using their email addresses and assign each person a role that determines their rights for modifying and managing dashboards.
Adding and inviting users
1. Click on the company name in the top left corner of the site.
2. Click the gear icon in the dropdown menu next to the name.
3. Select the "Roles & Licenses" tab.
4. Go through the "Buy Licenses" button located on the right side of the view to buy licenses for new users. If you do not need to purchase additional licenses, proceed to step 6.
5. Buy the required number of licenses. Choose the license group, the license level, and the amount of licenses. Finally, click the "Buy" button."
6. Go to the 'Users' tab and click the "New User" button on the right side of the site.
7. Add the person you want to invite by entering their email address and selecting the license, license level, role, and invitation language.
If you want to invite multiple people, click the "Add Row" button in the bottom right corner of the view. This will create new input rows, allowing you to invite several users at once.
Finally, click the "Add" button.
8. Complete the invitation process in the view that opens automatically. Click the "Invite" button to send the invitations.
That’s it! Now you are ready to collaborate toward success, together with all the stakeholders!
User roles
Choose user roles as follows:
- Administrator: Use this role to grant full access to everything in the company.
- Internal Member: Use this role to your own employees. They get basic access to view dashboards and widgets.
- External Member: Use this role to invite external stakeholders to your company. Give basic access to view dashboards and widgets.
- Services: Use this role to give user a permission to manage services at marketplace.
